Ben Seidel - President

Ben Seidel first became interested in website design at the young age of thirteen, creating a personal website for friends and family.  He pursued professional training in graphics and website development programs.  Less than two years later, Ben completed his first freelance project as a web designer for an environmental company which began his career in website development.  

After founding and managing a web development division for more than four years, Ben discovered an unmet need to supply affordable Marketing and Technology solutions to local small businesses.  In January of 2012 he founded Igniting Business LLC to provide marketing services and products, technology consulting and web solutions.

Mark Beall - Web Developer And Technology Consultant

Mark Beall's primary focus concerns technology, specifically in consulting and web development/design.  He also has significant experience in customer service and end user support. Mark's expertise as a programmer, as well as a systems analyst, enables him to be quite versatile when it comes to implementing the latest and greatest technology.  Mark has proven himself to be an excellent resource when it comes to answering technical inquiries from clients and tailoring technology solutions to meet their needs.

Norm Seidel - Graphics Designer

Norm Seidel earned a Bachelor's degree in BS, Industrial Management/Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University.  He serves as a Electrical Design and Controls Engineer at Magnum Systems and has worked there for twenty-seven years.  Additionally, he also has a passion for designing and producing print materials.  Norm initially started out creating vinyl-cut decals for vehicles supporting his daughter's soccer team.  From this experience he discovered that he enjoyed designing and creating marketing materials ranging from card decals and window vinyls to banners and signs.  Norm designs and produces affordable and quality marketing products for every application.

Anne Pohlman - Professional Photographer

Anne Pohlman is currently a student at the University of Missouri, dual majoring in Forestry and Fisheries & Wildlife, with a minor in Biology. Ever since a very young age, Anne has possessed a passion for photography and nature.  She serves as Igniting Business' professional photographer, specializing in personal portraits and event photography (i.e. weddings, families, senior photos, etc.)  Additionally, Anne also provides professional, concept, and product photography.

Anne serves as an assistant photographer for a local business in Columbia, Missouri as well as ran her own photography operation for two years.  She is also trained in Adobe Photoshop CS5 and Adobe Photoshop Elements.

Caitlin Sparks - Administrative Coordinator

Caitlin Sparks is currently studying Accountancy and Economics at the University of Missouri in Columbia.  In 2014, she will graduate with undergraduate degrees in Accountancy and Economics as well as a Masters in Accountancy.  She also serves as the Fiscal Assistant at the University Bookstore. 

Caitlin serves as Igniting Business' Administrative coordinator who orchestrates a significant portion of the company's day-to-day activities.
