I consider myself fairly computer literate, mostly learned through trial and error over the past 30 years. What a difference a day makes! In one visit Ben was able to show me some wonderful tools and shortcuts to increase efficiency and maximize the time I spend in front of a computer. He not only analyzed and “fixed” some basic technology issues, but also downloaded and showed me the benefits of some organizational programs that have made my life much easier, especially since I work from more than one location on a regular basis. I plan on including Igniting Business in any future computer issues and/or dealings, and may actually have them build any future systems for any of my 3 companies.
