Outsourcing back office duties is a big step for any small business to take, but most find the benefits outweigh the risks and costs. Most small business owners recognize that hiring and training is costly and time-consuming. When you outsource a function, you will not have to hire and train an employee to perform the function. Instead, these problems and costs are borne by your outsourced company.

When it comes to project management, organizing even a small team can be overwhelming. Whiteboards get erased, sticky notes get lost, and email chains become too long to read. In order to get more done, on-time and better than ever, your team might benefit from a project management tool. With a web-based app, a team-oriented interface, and virtually infinite integrations, this type of tool is the key to improving your project management.
Data analysis can allow a small business owner to interpret historical results and analyze how those results might impact future trends. In our recent blog on June 28th, we discussed what business intelligence is and the purpose of data analysis. However, the question remains, how can a small business owner gather data for analysis?
Real data analysis of the market can be defined as the research, condensing, illustration, and interpretation of hard data gathered from numerous sources. The data that is gathered and analyzed offers businesses insight into what is currently driving the markets, thus allowing companies to better determine their next step.
