New Support Ticket System Launched
As promised in our last blog about our newsletter system, we have more exciting changes at Igniting Business! We are implementing a new ticket system for all support requests regarding technology services, web solutions, and ordering of products. You can see and submit tickets on our new system here. You will be required to create a login which will allow you to easily manage your ongoing tickets, as well as view closed tickets.

- Track and manage the status of all your tickets in one central location
- Include comments, screenshots, and other files in your ticket
- Updates via email as your support request progresses
In order to facilitate the transition to this system, please submit all IT tech support, website updates, and ordering requests here. If we have any questions regarding your request, Igniting Business will contact you directly.
